More precisely, The Hague is a city in the Netherlands.

On Dutch-language maps, it appears as Den Haag.

If The Hague is a country...-But which Court?

indeed, and in fact it makes it even less clear what kind of Court in The Hague
is intened; it has the International Court, the European Court, a national court
and a city court. I'm guesssing they mean the National court, so it makes it
even more strange that they name the city.

PS/OT:
We know the frustration of bering referred to the same judge; all the Pirate-bay
block cases got referred to the same local court judge (incidenttally also in
the hague), with the same negative outcome...
