Exactly. Motorola isn't saying that money won't make them whole. They are saying that if someone refuses to license, they should not be allowed to use the patented technology.

But this is exactly the situation in which an injunction should not be awarded. The judge got this part right, however much you might hate the implications of the decision for Google. That's pretty much the ebay ruling (Wikipedia). The bias claims in the comments are getting a little comical and are usually quite detached from reality. I suspect that if you swapped the company names round everyone would be cheering. Understandable, but that's not how a legal system works.
