I went to the web site using the link. Since I was not registered I
was asked to register and redirected to a page to register. The
registration page IS UNENCRYPTED (NOT https). I did not
register and instead sent them an email (via the "contact us" link)
and explained that I came to vote and the reason I did not register
(and vote).

There have been a few changes at the top of the list. Legal
As She Is Spoke and Lowering the Bar have had big surges.

There are 7 blogs with more votes than half of Groklaw's,
and 5 within 100 votes. Groklaw holds a lead of 62 votes,
with 57 votes separating 2nd and 8th (and only 4 votes
separating 2nd and 4th)

I've also listed the top blog of each category
