I thought of that also, but if whoever may have
known never told anyone on the team, it doesn't really
count as far as the issues raised by Samsung are
concerned.
However, if some executive knew or some lawyer who
had left the team knew and never told them per se
but gave a nod to keep *that* guy without saying
why, I think that would count as mattering.

Someone knew, and the Samsung Lawyers know/can prove it I suspect, or they'd not
have used odd 'on penalty of perjury' words themselves, I'm sure.

Anyone who was involved with the case. Lawyers, paralegals, secretaries,
investigators. Leaving the team has no bearing, you are still responsible for
