The truth is always useful, especially here. After all, there has to be a logic
behind doing something, and there is, it's just poor logic. It needs to be
refuted by something, and that something is the truth.

Politicians don't seem to care about the truth I'll grant you.

What would you suggest? What else can we fight with except the truth?

You mean its pointless

To ask the courts to correctly apply the law as it currently exists?

It is pointless to try and get Congress to re-affirm the law if the courts are
busy ignoring it!
