I live in the real world and don't attend meetings that waste time, read
poorly-written contracts without rewriting and simplifying them, and say what I
need to in a clear and concise way.
That your experience is different doesn't mean we're in different worlds... only
that you accept yours and live in mediocrity.

As to those who think that the "analysis" of "software as
mathematics" (part deux) touched some raw nerve: Yeah, it touched the
"complete waste of time and of no value in effecting change nerve."

Yes, has anyone ever seen a software patent that didn't spend a hundred words
solely to obscure the fact that what it was describing was standard programming
