Nope, I tried transliterating the one yesterday, and got rubbish like
PG01&p=1 rendering as PG01&p;=1 or
PG01&p=1 rendering as PG01&&p=1
and random spaces thrown in despite all the tricks I knew.
Sometimes the naked patent Nr is easier, but google can also
have trouble finding Design patents or applications, e.g.
putting 20120293548 into www.google.com/patents results in

The second line is a valid link to the correct page at USPTO, go figure...
