Surfthechannel owner jailed for contempt of court (Relevant to Apple?)
Authored by: Anonymous on Friday, November 23 2012 @ 11:56 AM EST
Apple cannot be sure that they are off the hook unless Samsung say so. Samsung
can always go back to the court and raise the matter again. It's a sort of Sword
of Damocles situation for Applet they have no means of knowing what might
trigger the reaction and when. On the other hand, their reputation has been so
marred by their silliness on this that Samsung may feel Apple are doing lots of
self inflicted damage so Samsung might as well let them get on with it.
