And all we see is a header and a section on termination that requires HTC
or Apple to be acquired to become operational.

Beware disinformation. Can you say "Few people would know to look in
their e-mail from their "consulting" contact at Apple?

Oh - thats SO funny - Florian just HAPPENED to find it.... most people who find
ANYTHING belonging to apple - get sued - UNLESS apple GIVE IT TO THEM.

I know I'm getting old and blind, but all I see is a couple of screen shots
of sniffy bits, with no actual document, say a pdf or tiff containing some
authentication. Even if it is all blacked out, at least a whole genuine
blacked out document is better than someone on another continent
saying so...
