I made no assertion about Samsung, for all I know they are dirty rotten
scoundrels, equally for all I know they are purer than fresh snow.
All I did was to point out that Apple told lies and asserted that you cannot
trust a liar, if you can find a fault in my logic I will more than happily
retract it.

As cricketjeff pointed out, the decision in the UK case was almost certainly
not that of counsel. Their local counsel knew what the reaction of the
court would be to that kind of game. The only way it could go the way it did is
if Apple corporate wanted it that way and gave orders to that effect to counsel.
And the same executives are in charge of Apple as were for the UK
case.
And yes, I can treat Apple as an entity. It is one. Individual
people make decisions, but the sum of all those people determine how Apple acts
as a corporation. And it's actions seem pretty consistent, which wouldn't be the
case if the bad decisions were the result of only a few odd men out in the
