Huh? Neither side is lying.

Sammy requested a document.
Apple is providing the document.

That's what is happening.

This is just a bunch of chest-puffing over whether the
motion is moot (the controversy is over), or whether it
isn't. Neither side is lying, and neither side is covering
themselves in glory.

Based on what we know, if Apple is acting in good faith, it
will be Sammy with egg on their faces. If Apple is acting in
bad faith, then it will be Apple with egg on their faces.
But we don't know. The only thing we do know is that this
should have been resolved without need of the court.

You have to remember that your own natural biases are
different than what happens in a courtroom. This is a
meaningless fight over nothing, not "lying".
