Or maybe another of the companies who have settled with a secret settlement. At
what point would a prospective purchaser of the company get to find out what is
in the agreements they will be bound to? If these early agreements are just FUD
as many suspect purchasing a down and out company like Nokia or RIM that has

Maybe not . . .as far as Apple's demand for injunctions against Samsung
products. A license with HTC means any damage Apple has suffered can be remedied
with a fee . . . . making the need to resort to injunctions less reasonable.
Samsung has asked that the licensing agreement with HTC be disclosed in a post
trial motion in the case before Judge Kohn
