Could the judge and the US Government become complicit?

Patent violations are a civil court case, which is excluded by the US/UK extradition treaty (which only covers criminal cases). If MPEG LA wish to sue me for patent violation then they will have to come to this side of the pond - and guess what, the patents are not valid over here!

The last statement is something that a lot of Americans seem to forget - only a minority of countries accept US software patents.

New Zealand have a similar legal system to the UK. Wasn't it the same Hollywood
mafia that set the FBI on him?

like ours in New Zealand did, slavering like Pavlov's dogs
when the feds turned up asking for a favor...
