Original article where he claimed UK court was "out of step" | 137 comments | Create New Account

Clarification
Authored by: Anonymous on Thursday, November 15 2012 @ 04:15 AM EST
Sorry I was posting from a mobile device with bad coverage,
and didn't realise that would read badly.

That post relates to two different Apple-Samsung cases.

The comments regarding the foreman relate to the US case
recently "won" by Apple, and the comments about the
"apology" relate to the UK registered design case where
Apple were forced by the court to post a statement saying
that Samsung hadn't copied the iPad.

I'm sure most people here are aware anyway, but with so many
stupid lawsuits going on between the same companies on many
of the same (and similar) issues, it's important to be
clear.

UK Court Orders Apple to Re-Write ‘Inaccurate’ Samsung Statement

Interesting that he chose to link only to the article where he applauded the copywriting, instead of to this one where he basically said the UK court was wrong 9and has since changed his position

Of course changing one's position on something as events develop and things become clearer is a good thing, but you don't show much learning much from it if you maintain that was always your position.
