As much as I like to see MS involved in trouble (they deserve every bit of it),
this lawyer is just making himself look like an idiot. His whole argument
revolves around how stupid he is and that MS didn't take his stupidity into
account when advertising their tablet.

A link about the story As I see some numbers, it looks Windows RT takes quite a lot compared to IOS or Android. Programming for the future or restarting the PC cycles pushing for more hardware with higher resources needs?
