Why is it easier to sue than buy a memory card?

I'm slightly surprised by this, the article was linked to without negative comment, though he still views the copy writing as good from the illegal Apple website apology. His original post on the subject suggested that the court was wrong on the issue.)

U.K. Court Sanctions Apple, Hopes ‘Lack of Integrity’ in Notice Incident Is Not "Typical"

It seems that the court enforced statement is already helping clear things up, even in Apple land. Sorry I'm not sure how to deep link his articles
Apple really botched it with that snarky notice on their website about Samsung having been found not guilty in the U.K. of copying the iPad. Good copywriting, I still say, but bad lawyering. Should have just sucked it up and played it straight.

(In other Apple-Samsung legal news, Samsung seems to have a decent argument that the jury foreman in their big U.S. case was guilty of misconduct for failing to disclose his previous legal entanglement with Seagate.

Android has crushed competition

While it makes a good headline, the truth is that smartphone makers and smartphone users have chosen Android over the other platforms. Google did not crush anyone the way MicroApple wishes to crush Google; it offered a better product in the marketplace and was rightfully rewarded by free consumer choice. --DonW

Archaeology puts human development of technology back to half a million years ago
Authored by: Gringo_ on Thursday, November 15 2012 @ 07:39 PM EST

This article estimates that the invention of stone-tipped spears may go back 500,000 years. That is such a very long time ago.
