Fraud to RECEIVE a vote?

I can't see where the fraud is ... dead people voted for Jimmy - just because he
knew about it doesn't mean he could do anything about it.

Newt Gingrich *discussed* it - sounds to me like he was trying to get the
students to vote - just normal electoral behaviour getting the voters out.

I think the US needs the equivalent of our Electoral Reform Society - a
non-partisan organisation which exists to make sure elections are free and
fair.

Iirc party-political observers aren't allowed in our polling stations!
