Just yesterday I read that store demo TV's are usually set to higher blue hue to
show better in typical store lighting. Maybe that's applicable here. I notice
that Wal Mart TV displays range from wonderful to awful because the techs aren't
versed in these tricks and not because of quality (price?).

I think it is simpler than that. The iPhone does not flash, and the Windows
phone does. It might be a synch problem with the TV camera / YouTube missing the
fast flash between frames of course, but I wonder how easy it is to switch off
flash on an iPhone.

It might be fairish, if the iPhone can be fooled into disabling flash for
pictures with a bright light in the background or something.
