Patent chief to software patent critics: "Give it a rest already"
Authored by: Anonymous on Tuesday, November 20 2012 @ 05:34 PM EST
Right... So Mr. Kappos is suggesting that all the patent lawsuits taking place
right now should be placed on hold so that he can determine whether those
certain provisions in the America Invents Act will dissuade those certain
monopolistic entities from perverting the intent of patent law to the demise and
destruction of their competition?

This is like handing a wet book of matches to a shoeless Siberian child, whilst
suggesting he wait for the matches to dry out before he try to warm his feet.

The Constitution only allows Patents and Copyrights for one reason.

To you or me he may look like a fool.
To those he serve, he's a most useful tool.
