Probably not allowed in the literal sense, but using extra thin paper is
probably.

PS.

How about tying helium filled balloons to the briefs?

Seriously isn't there rules for a reason and why does BS&F think they are super exceptional to all these rules?

Did you forget what side they are on this time around? This isn't the SCO case anymore. They are trying very hard to right a wrong. Did you not follow how obtuse that judge has been to Novel? The appeal needs to be as long as it needs because of a judge who went clear across the country to ensure that Microsoft wins. He needs educating, and quickly, and if he won't listen, it needs to be all set down in black and white for the appeals court. SCO is over. We still may not forgive Boise for his efforts on behalf of the forces of Darkness, but we are not required to forgive, nor are we required to even like him. However, at least we can allow him a little leeway when he is fighting on the right side.

Because in this case there's a lot wrong with the decision that's being appealed. It's patently unfair to tell the appellant "We don't care if there's 10 claims that you have grounds to appeal, you only get to list 5 and you'll have to abandon the rest.".
