I would imagine that wouldn't be to smart. If the judge does
compel Apple to tell the court when they knew, then they as
a respected law firm pretty much have to.
Im pretty sure to plead the fifth your protecting yourself
against admitting to a crime. I don't think you can plead
the 5th on random things. Maybe Apple not telling the court
of the jurors past is a crime... idk. I doubt any of these
high caliber lawyers are going to plead the fifth anyway.
Even if it was a booboo from Apple the lawfirm would just
fess up and get a slap on the wrist. That's my opinion at
least.
