VirnetX patents very little

The case was terminated for only one reason and that was because SAIC has a
small monetary interest in VirnetX's patents. As such, the ITC ruled that both
parties together have standing to file a complaint. The complaint was refiled
and is active at the ITC with both VirnetX and SAIC named. The investigation
number is 337-TA-858 and can be accessed via EDIS (edis.usitc.gov).

So far VirnetX has defeated both Apple and Microsoft in court as well as signed
licensing agreements with NEC, Mitel, and Aastra.

A "very little" amount of diligence goes a long way.
