why don't you look for evidence of collaboration between M$FT
and the rotten apple in their patent attacks on Google?
i don't
think microsoft and apple could be attacked for collusion because at the root of
it all they are still competitors. But that doesnt mean they are watching each
other thinking "hey they are suing moto, maybe we should too. we have the same
case, maybe it will work for us"

And newspapers wonder where did all their readers go...
Journalists work this way. They don't have time to get informed, they must talk
about everything, all the time, without pause.
Thus, they just settle on some sources they thing are reasonable. (And no, they
won't check it, they don't have time for that.) Like the companies suing each
other, what harm can possibly come from reporting the PR of the parties on the
suit?
But only one of them is talking, so they only report on set of PR... That's for
the better, they save the time needed to read the other side, and can go talk
