I wish anonymous posters would use a nym. You stay anonymous but it is easier to

But the ruling would from a UK Appeal Court dealing with contempt to itself. Any
appeal from that ruling would be to be, by leave, to the UK Supreme Court. The
penalty imposed would have to have some probability of being widely out of
proportion for the Supreme Court to grant such leave. The UK marches to a
different beat from that in the US. There is much less room for gaming the
system and if discovered it gets dealt with quickly and harshly.
