Apple liked to learn, they learnt about the best that other companies had to
offer then adapted it and sold it as their own.
Then something changed, instead of being first years, in short trousers, scared
about all the other larger children playing their own boisterous games, they
moved through the years, forgot about learning finding that fists in the
playground were an easier way to success. Better to make sure everyone else did
badly than to worry about doing well themselves.
Google are still, in the main, competing by trying to improve their own
offerings, there are no patent cases aimed at spiking Bing or Apple maps, just a
much better search engine and mapping system, let's hope they keep the patent
posturing in their defensive locker and beat Apple and M$ by keep making Android
better.

Currently I imagine apple will learn to 'hire a better set of lawyers' - they
don't seem to be near enough to reality to learn just yet.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
