In fact, Apple have been a bit stupid here - they have proved
that they can change their website far quicker when it is to
their advantage than when it is to their detriment. Doesn't
that mean that their claims it would take 14 days were in fact
false?

I caught it half-way through. At 09:56 GMT the link had gone but the article was
still there. At two minutes past the hour the article had gone too. I imagine
that the effective time of the order was 10:00 and they took it to within five
minutes. If so I hope Samsung was there with a clock and an F5 key. That might
be useful in future. Like when they educate the court that 11px is smaller than
11pt (usually).
