The Live Tiles Patent owner is suing microsoft for stealing Live Tiles

This wouldn't have been _half_ so funny if the Microsoft's chief chair-chucker
hadn't just publicly said that all the _other_ phone UIs were "old or
copied"...

Now we find Microsoft's UI is old AND copied.

MS will probably wait until all their resources are exhausted and then they'll
buy them out for pennies on the dollar, suck up (or smother) any technology they
might have and then shut them down. No more complaints, so no harm, no foul.
