Isn't the Windows active desktop basically the same

Incredibly annoying!

Someone please get me an original copy of tetris game!
Authored by: Anonymous on Wednesday, October 31 2012 @ 10:59 PM EDT
In the original, mid-1980s version I remember, it showed a bunch of iconic
images from the Soviet Union on either side of the gameplay area...in black
and white!

For those too young to remember the game itself, the job was to re-orient
falling blocks so as to completely fill rows with no spaces.

Allen v. World - The Fight Over Claim Construction
Authored by: Tyro on Wednesday, October 31 2012 @ 11:14 PM EDT
It's not the software industry, it's the courts and the patent system that have
"pre-8080 amnesia". Most developers just wouldn't believe that such
ancient art could be patented.
