"Your splorks will be granted upon your enumeration of your final splork.
Failure to provide enumeration for any portion of the allotment of splorks
constitutes waiver and forfeiture of all title and interest in said allotment.
Additional unnamed penalties, the specification and timing of which is to be
provided at my discretion, may also apply."
