That would't work, it's like burning money and they like that because more
people in 2 years would go and buy it (like the beatles), what we have to do is

Probably not a good idea since their products probably
contain various substances that produce carcinogenic fumes
and smoke when burned. A few good wacks with a sledge
hammer and posted on YouTube might be a better solution.

I disapprove of potlach, even for a reasonable cause.
OTOH, you might put some mental effort into disguises that the equipment could
wear. And some thought into how to install other operating systems on the
hardware. I haven't heard of Cyanogen making something for jailbreaking Apple
products, but they might. (OTOH, I seem to recall a recent court[?] decision
that jailbreaking tablets violated the copyright law. So you might want to
thing again about that.)
P.S.: Perhaps it wasn't a court, but was the Librarian at the Library of
Congress. A "stupid" decision, whoever made it. ("stupid"
in quotes because that is assuming that the intent is to support US citizens,
and the government has really caused me to doubt that it has any concern for

A lot of people went to a lot of effort to make it and a lot of the worlds
resources went into it.
Just run linux on it.

You know that Salman Rushdie became very rich because of all the people buying
Satanic Verses to burn them??
Why give apple even more money to destroy these devices.
You'll probably also get done for not disposing of them properly and polluting
or some such.
