Posting shows bias, is wrong...

You failed to note that the link they provided was not the link that PJ pointed
out as not having been listed.

They did provide a link to the judgement.
They did provide a link to the appeal judgement.
They didn't provide a link to the order.

You're a little over-quick on the accusation, and would do well with a bit of
your own advice.

You gonna apologize? I'll bet not...

PJ's description of Apple's notice is spot on.

Apple's "We're Not A Bit Sorry" Bratty and Not Cool Notice That Samsung Didn't Copy ~pj

I don't think PJ is showing bias, the appeal judgment (alas the link is broken it should be here) says (paragraph 84):

It is now necessary to make assurance doubly so. Apple itself must (having created the confusion) make the position clear: that it acknowledges that the court has decided that these Samsung products do not infringe its registered design. The acknowledgement must come from the horse's mouth. Nothing short of that will be sure to do the job completely.

To my mind the Apple statement does not achieve that. Hopefully the court will agree.

After having publicly stated things that - at the very least - insinuate Samsung was breaking the Law, they now have to post a retraction to that.

Oh... poor poor Apple... Apple's always being picked on by everyone. *sniff* [mumbling] poor poor Apple....

Caveat: the above should clearly be viewed as calling Apple out on it's contradictions - such as where Apple is trying to claim it is being improperly targetted with patent Lawsuits while it's own Lawsuits are somehow more legitamit for some magical reason.

*sniff* poor poor Apple... *sniff*

"acknowledgment" is not the same as "defiance".
