The government is now using all those botch-ups as an excuse to further deny
Dotcom his legal rights. They are blaming Dotcom for all the delays their
botch-ups caused. This is their excuse for further violating his rights and
destroying his company.
Dotcom: If you're the government
where are your laws?
Goverment: Laws? We ain't got no laws. We don't
need no laws! I don't have to show you any stinkin'
laws!
--- Our job is to remind ourselves that there are more
contexts
than the one we’re in now — the one that we think is reality.

And, to compound the illegalities, the release of cloned hard
drives to the FBI for shipping to the United States was contrary to a direction
given by the court in February 2012 that seized items were to remain in the
custody of the Commissioner of Police.
