Not necessarily legal advice...

If you look at Apple you will see, I believe, a culture of arrogance, control, and secrecy. When has Apple ever admitted they were wrong?

Maybe recently with the Maps issue. The CEO kinda apologized and provided alternatives.

On the other hand, I cannot forget the Antennagate, where customers were told, You're holding it wrong, or trouble with the latest device's finishing, when some Apple official stated that scuffs, were normal.

Trouble is, there are millions who believe this stuff.

Steve Jobs: Who would want multitasking on a phone?

(next year)
Steve Jobs: iPhone now has multitasking.
(but with annoying pop up badges)

(next year)
(iPhone has stolen Android's useful multitasking notification system.)

Steve Jobs: seven inch tablets are dead on arrival.

(this week: Apple introduces a seven inch tablet)

(Tim Cook claims it's not exactly precisely seven inches and Apple would never
make a seven inch tablet.)
