Is Apple complying with the court's order?
Authored by: rsteinmetz70112 on Friday, October 26 2012 @ 01:31 PM EDT
I would think that their English lawyers would likely take a less favorable view
of this than their American lawyers. I wonder whether they even consulted their
English lawyers.

In any even I think Samsung may bring it to the Court's attention, if they
believe that Apple has crossed the line. I have no idea where the line is in
England.

I also wonder why Samsung hasn't made some kine of legal move in Germany on the
basis of this decision, or perhaps they have and I didn't notice it.

I think its fairly clear that Apple have burnt their bridges
with the courts in the UK and that any future patent cases
will be filed, most likely, in Germany.
