It is not the task of the courts to punish success but rather misdemeanor. So I
have no idea what "on your other hand" is supposed to mean. It is ok

This site used to be balanced & informative.
Now all this one sided demonising of Apple just makes me
sick. Anybody who ever picked up a Samsung Galaxy S GTI-9000
was immediately struck who much it was a slavish (not very
good) copy of an iPhone it was.
Yes, your American software patent system is insane but
Apple has every right to pursue their rights under those
laws as any other company.
Meanwhile Samsung loses again in court :
