Even Better!

If the Court produces the video, calls a public Court hearing about the matter, plays the video then makes it's decision on how to handle Apples Response before posting the video to YouTube!

Sometimes where an Entity refuses to recognize even basic principles of propriety... said entity can be shamed into more appropriate behavior.

Does Apple have a mascot?

Given the location of the case as well as the absurd demeanor of their response,
a suitable piece of satire would likely require to make use of Monty Python
sketches. And even then, it seems dubious to me that such an endeavor would add
enough absurdity on top of Apple's response to be qualitatively more of a
caricature than the original.
