Why do you think we're still waiting for this farce to end?

Ceglia's achilles heel was actually going to trial. SCO was smarter... ever
since IBM called their bluff and said "prove it!", SCO embarked on
making sure the proceedings never got far enough to expose all the shenanigans.
BK is a wonderful shield.

So now the perps have all ridden off into the sunset, the paperwork has been
shredded, all the phoney financiers and white knights have recycled their
identities and funds to other projects and the Reciever has piddled away
anything of value to his associates.

I'd say Darl & friends were well advised indeed.
