to be fair, I'm not sure I have EVER seen a company subjected to any kind of
sanction under UK law that is in any comparable.
Then again, no company has flouted an order like this - and then yet again, I do

I thought that the Judge in this case was acting as an EU
judge and not a UK judge. The result of Apple's action could
be quite precedent-setting. I do not think that Apple has
thought this through properly. They certainly have behaved
like a spoilt brat! Their actions are not those of a civil
and law abiding corporate entity!
