Did Apple err in inserting three paragraphs of text between the two parts of the
announcement?

Although the words are all there I wouldn't think that is what the judge
intended.

Thanks for that PJ. You are more diligent in your reading
than me!
So Apple managed to get the short, succinct statement off
their home page because it would have cluttered it. And then
promptly use the extra space on the linked page to add their
own spin and commentary. Absolutely brilliant.

Does this mean that Apple's notice must have equivalent prominence to the extent
of Apple's media libel?
