US courts right to order actions elsewhere

"The UK court, acting as an EU court and superior in this matter to the German court did not rush to block the German court, Samsung obeyed the injunction even though as the final UK ruling made clear the injunction had not been legally correct and should never have existed."

There is no UK court that are superior too a German court. UK and Germany are different countries and the courts in each country has no jurisdiction within another country. There is only ONE pan-european court within EU - the EU court and it only handles court cases that applies to EU law and is the last instance for those cases.
