children were encouraged to settle things themselves ...
Authored by: nsomos on Tuesday, October 30 2012 @ 10:21 AM EDT
When my children were very much younger, they would
occasionally get into disagreements with each other.

I would encourage them to settle these by themselves,
by letting them know that while I was quite willing
to settle things for them, none of them would likely
be pleased by my decision.

Motorola was quite willing to negotiate and served
the first ball. MS runs to the judges and says
that MS doesn't like that serve and the game should
be just given to MS.

I hope the judge either forces MS to negotiate, or
in the alternative declares that a reasonable amount
is something quite higher than what Motorola would
actually be happy with.
