Your logic doesn't follow. In theory, FB can use the accounts to make money in
far more ways than the people selling the accounts on the black market. So FB
might be able to make a lot of money and hence be worth more than just the value
of the accounts on the black market.

Of course, this doesn't mean it's true. I personally wouldn't touch FB with a
50' pole.
