More propaganda than analysis. Very well put. Even now, he continues to lament
decisions like the Federal Circuit's reversal of the Galaxy Nexus preliminary
injunction -- a decision widely applauded as just and commensense among, well,
virtually everyone on Earth other than paid shills like Florian. I don't excuse
him on the basis of his obvious ignorance of US law, however. Florian's simply
indifferent to such limitations because he is on Apple's counsel's payroll. He

Florian's spurious analysis and mistaken calls were already becoming legendary
and then we learned they were actually bought and paid for. His attempt to spin
Apple's latest loss on its sham patents -- on multi-touch in the Netherlands --
