It is on the list in that it's a member
of the Travel Agency whatever it's name
is, the organization on the list that
works on behalf of travel agents.

Ironic and/or just funny... From Fairsearch's own page: "When search providers engage in search discrimination – manipulating search results to promote a favored product and demote competitors – consumers pay the price." About Fairsearch. So how do they explain this... "Lawsuit claims travel websites, hotels involved in price fixing" Article in LA Times. Turik et al v. Expedia Inc et al, U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, No. 12-4365 I guess I have to agree with Fairsearch. When search results are manipulated (including by their members)customers lose.
