The fact that the attorney was on Samsung's side gives Hogan more reason to be
biased against the legal firm, he already had to think them the enemy once, and
makes it less likely that Samsung's attorney should have recognized him, it was
probably a relatively small case and it would be easy to view as Seagate vs some
employee (he was an employee right?) instead of Seagate vs this specific person.
