I suspect she might be reading more and more herself, though. So far she's been
slapped down by the Appeals Court (twice) and by the jury.
And while she may not care about that, what's the old saw? "A good
programmer is a lazy programmer - they can't be bothered to do it twice, so they
get it right first time". Koh is having a fair bit come back for a do-over,
and she must be getting fed up.
And if she's wising up to Apple's tactics, she NEEDS to do more reading, just to
double-check everything, because Samsung will and they'll use it to overload her
even more!

Whether the judge reads it, or a clerk reads it, the judge needs to be able to
use the knowledge. Maybe this is an opportunity for yet another FOSS
application? I'm not volunteering, I'm the numerical methods persuasion.
