Actually, I'm not sure where Twin Peaks is denying any points
of law. In denying most of paragraph 33, they're denying
dicta (non-binding statments by the court). They're also
denying some of Red Hat's generalizations and conclusions

You got it. It is just another attack from
another angle. What makes the entire
situation so intolerable is that legally,
the darkside is allowed to attack with proxy
companies. There is no penalty for the
puppermasters behind the scenes.
Until they are trapped in the conspiracy.
