Yet another example of how the judge appears to have mishandled this case. I
don't know her so I won't comment on her possible motives, but it does make one
wonder.

I find myself wondering how many iphones and stuff we'd find
in the judges house and immediate family...

The appearance of pro apple prejudice is so strong now that
people are making comics about it... where there is smoke
there is fire as the saying goes. I think the judge is a
closet fanboi.

Has anyone ever noticed the direct blatant ripoff of the IOS interface and and
iPhone design from Palm? I used Palm for years and was struck by the
similarity/copy when I got my iPod Touch
