I will not do it. My writing time is severely limited and I have too many things
to write about.
Lawyers know how to read stuff written by non lawyers and it is part of their
job to do research. A legal firm working on CLS Banking vs Alice would be remiss
not to read a Groklaw article on the topic. I don't buy the notion that lawyers
won't read unless it is written in their preferred format. And if they like my
ideas they will write an amicus brief for the court in the proper legal
format.

I wasn't meaning to sound the way you took it.
I didn't mean shut up. I meant he writes the
way he knows. If we need something in addition,
or something in a different tone,
I thought it would be good to have someone
else do it. If you think you can rewrite it,
please feel free.
