NVIDIA wants to remove GPL marker from Linux interface

Although it may be true that the EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL marker may not be enforceable
in the kernel if interfaces cannot be copyrighted, in my eyes you must respect
the intention of the marker and the wishes of the author(s) who put it there. I
always do and always will no matter how difficult it may make my job. It's not
strange to me that supporters of the Open Source movement can respect this sort
of thing, but Big Business (tm) just looks for any excuse to wriggle out of any
commitment. I think that it's a question of morality, and most of Big Business
(tm) just has no morals.
